Gabrielle Guizard has been a member of the Paris Bar Association since 2005. She advises French and European businesses - particularly German speaking companies - in business law matters and represents them before the French courts. Gabrielle has developed a flexible approach and practice, tailored to the day-to-day needs of companies, in both business and employment law. She assists a diverse client base active in the industrial, trade and service sectors. Her skills include drafting civil and commercial contracts as well as their performance and termination, preparing terms and conditions, setting up distribution networks, and restrictive practices. She also handles individual employment relationships, particularly drafting employment contracts and/or corporate appointments, dismissal matters, mutual consent terminations and negotiated departures, working time management and wage negotiation. In all these areas, Gabrielle has significant experience of litigating before the civil and commercial courts and employment tribunals. She gives priority to alternative dispute  resolution and assists her clients within the framework of settlement agreements and mediation. Gabrielle has practised in various business law firms in France and Germany, and she particularly spent eight years in a French-German firm based in Paris. She is fluent in German, English and Spanish.

Bénédicte Lhomme-Houzai

Bénédicte Lhomme-Houzai has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004. After training in civil law, she practices in all areas of intellectual and unfair competition law (trademarks, designs, copyright, patents, domain names, business, trade and corporate names, etc.). Her multifaceted activity spans the worlds of fashion, trade, communication, industry and art in all its forms, giving her the opportunity to adapt to the needs of designers and businesses, whatever their size. Bénédicte has also developed expertise in consumer law, especially advertising (misleading and comparative advertising). She assists her clients with drafting legal opinions and contracts (assignment, licensing, coexistence agreements, etc.). In litigation, she represents them before the civil, commercial and criminal courts both as claimant and defendant. She gives priority to alternative dispute resolution methods before and even during court proceedings. She practised for over ten years in a recognised intellectual property law firm where she acted on behalf of French and European clients. Bénédicte is fluent in English.
